MIAMI, FL (Le Floridien) — The 5000 Role Models of Excellence Project will host its Annual Prestigious Scholarship Academic Signing Day on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at the Lehman Theater, located on the Miami Dade College–North Campus, 11380 NW 27 Avenue, Miami, FL 33167.
This much-anticipated event will honor the academic achievements and resilience of 45 graduating seniors, known as the 2025 Wilson Scholars, who will be formally recognized as they commit to attending some of the nation’s most prestigious colleges and universities. Representing a wide array of high schools across Miami-Dade County, each scholar will be celebrated on stage and presented with their future university’s official cap—a symbolic and inspiring moment akin to national athletic signing days.
In a powerful gesture of support, each Wilson Scholar will also receive a branded laptop, generously provided by the Miami Dolphins’ Football Unites program, a longtime partner of the 5000 Role Models of Excellence Project.
