The centerpiece of this initiative is a brand-new apartment complex, The Gardens Residences, located at 1195 NE 126th Street. It offers 38 out of its 384 units as affordable housing, with the availability for move-in beginning in June 2024. The array of attractive amenities provided includes free parking, various internet/TV package options, and the absence of pet fees, all tailored to fulfill the needs of eligible residents.
